Meet Nick

I'm Nick Rau, a Realtor and the President of Sales for the Rarity Real Estate Team, and I help people buy and sell homes in Bucks County, Montgomery County, Philadelphia and South Jersey. I live in Bucks County, and the towns I know best are Newtown, Richboro, Holland, Southampton, Feasterville-Trevose, Bensalem, Langhorne, Yardley and Levittown. I'm licensed in Pennsylvania (RS339737) and New Jersey (2294722). I grew up in Northeast Philadelphia, just over the line from where I work now.

Most of my work comes down to one thing: helping families move up in Bucks County and beyond. That usually means selling the home you have and buying the one you need at the same time, and I build the plan around timing, pricing and your next payment so you're not stuck carrying two homes or rushing into the wrong one.

Before real estate, I worked in construction, real estate investing and medical device sales. The construction background is the part my clients mention most: I walk through a house and can tell you what's a real problem, what's cosmetic and what will cost you later. The sales and negotiation side is how I write offers that win and protect sellers when buyers push back.

As President of Sales, I help lead and coach a team of more than 60 agents across Pennsylvania and South Jersey. The Rarity Real Estate Team is the #2 team in Pennsylvania by volume, RealTrends 2025 (Enterprise Team). In 2025 the team closed over 500 transactions, and I personally closed more than 60 homes and over $25 million in volume. I've been doing this for 10 years, and my production puts me in the top 1% of agents.
