Bustleton Library's Fun Friday Goes Spooky Oct. 23

Bucks Co. & Beyond Daily

Bright orange pumpkins decorated as silly characters with googly eyes, a pointed witch hat and green felt arms sit on a table at a Halloween party.

The after-school crowd at Bustleton Library gets a Halloween twist this week. The branch's weekly Fun Friday of crafts and games for school-age children is billed as "Spoooooky Fun Friday!" on Friday, Oct. 23, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., according to the Free Library of Philadelphia.

With a title like that, it's a fun warm-up for Halloween week.

While the kids craft, take a look at the carved wood mural, "Man's Learning Preserved," by James House Jr.
