Pinball, a Ms. Pac-Man milkshake and a 10-player arcade game are coming to Mill Street, and the kids get to play until 9. Level Up Arcade+Bar will hold its grand opening on Friday, Nov. 20, 2026, in Bristol Borough, the Bucks County Courier Times reported on Oct. 27. Level Up's website lists the address as 212 Mill Street. Owner Chris Kinsey has turned the former Naked Brewing taproom into a two-level arcade, restaurant and bar with more than 30 pinball machines and arcade games.
Kinsey, who lives in Richboro with his three boys, built Level Up to be a safe, fun and welcoming place where people of all ages can hang out together, according to the Courier Times. He's clearly enjoying the buildup, too. "When I see people pop in the front door or overhear people walking by saying, 'Ohhh I heard about this place,' it just fills me with excitement about what this place is going to be," he told the paper.
The lineup includes the 10-player strategy game Killer Queen, and the Courier Times photo gallery shows pinball machines like Tron, Dracula, Jurassic Park and Star Wars. For anyone who grew up in the early '90s, there's also a gaming nook with couches and old-school Nintendo and Sega consoles. A private room with a large projection screen is planned for birthday parties, family movie days and gaming competitions, and there's patio seating outside.
Kinsey told the Courier Times he wants the food to be as much of a reason to come as the games, and the posted menu backs that up. Chef Pete Anderson's lineup runs from wagyu smash burgers like the Level Up Smash Bros and the Bristol Smash (topped with sliced meatballs and marinara) to Tetris-shaped mozzarella sticks, Mario monkey bread and wings named for Mortal Kombat fighters, all the way up to a Carolina Reaper flavor called Finish Him. Two dishes, Nan's Mac+Cheese and Nan's meatballs, honor Kinsey's late mother, whose love of cooking inspired the kitchen, Bucks Co. Today reported in September. There's a kids menu, vegan options and a milkshake bar with shakes like the Ms. Pac-Man (strawberry vanilla with yellow cake chunks) and the Frogger (mint chocolate chip with cookies).
For the grown-ups, both floors have a bar. Level Up's drink menu lists 21 taps of Pennsylvania beer, led by its partner Conshohocken Brewing Co. and including Bristol's own Broad Street, plus cocktails, mocktails and wine, and the espresso martini is made with Bristol's Calm Waters espresso.
Level Up posted these hours before opening and they may change, so check Level Up's site or social pages before you go, and book early if you want the party room for a December birthday.
