Four swimming pools, a big water slide, mini golf, a dunk tank and a dock for kayaks on the Neshaminy Creek: for more than 55 years, a 7.45-acre corner of Hulmeville (acreage per LevittownNow) has been a spot for private parties, summer camps and corporate events. Now Neshaminy Shore Picnic Park is for sale, listed at $2.25 million, LevittownNow reported on Oct. 27, 2026. The park on Beaver Street was listed for sale in the summer and remains on the market, according to the same report.
Here's how the listing quoted by LevittownNow describes it. There are four renovated in-ground pools, including a baby pool and one with a large water slide, plus basketball and volleyball courts, mini golf, carnival and arcade games, pool tables, rock climbing and kayaking on the creek. A large catering building holds a commercial kitchen and a game room, there's a main office with living space upstairs, and the bathrooms were recently renovated, according to the HomeStarr Realty listing quoted by LevittownNow. The park has been run as a family business by three different owners over those 55-plus years, booking private parties and corporate events and offering summer camps, catering and tent rentals.
Creekfront land comes with creek realities. Much of the property sits in a zone that may flood, LevittownNow noted, though the offices appear to be raised a level to stay above high water, so any buyer will want a close look at flood maps and insurance before making plans. The listing quoted by LevittownNow calls it "an entrepreneur's dream."
